Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion & Sales Ownership: Take complete ownership of quality leads generated by the company for Home Loan products. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to loan disbursement, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

  • Client Profiling & Advisory: Evaluate financial profiles of self-employed and non-professional clients, providing tailored solutions based on their business models and income patterns.

  • Field-Based Customer Assessment: Conduct detailed on-site evaluations at the customer’s residence, business location, and proposed collateral to ensure thorough risk assessment and build client confidence.

  • Product Pitching & Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, explain loan product offerings clearly, and effectively position solutions to drive informed customer decisions.

  • Loan Processing Facilitation: Lead the end-to-end loan process including documentation, project status updates, and site visits where necessary, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and lending partners.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the loan lifecycle, maintaining consistent communication and delivering a seamless experience.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely collection and submission of all required financial, legal, and technical documentation in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

  • Banking Partner Coordination: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with leading banks and NBFCs to facilitate faster processing and enhanced service delivery.

  • Credit Assessment Support: Review and interpret customer credit profiles (CIBIL reports) to assess eligibility and pre-empt any challenges in loan approval.

  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive business growth by actively promoting home loan solutions, conducting financial awareness sessions for prospective homebuyers, and contributing to regional sales targets.

  • Process Efficiency: Monitor loan applications, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely disbursals, aligning with service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in Sales & Marketing, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed business targets in a competitive environment.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage products.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at various customer levels.

  • Demonstrates a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable, capable of representing the organization with confidence in customer and institutional interactions.

Education & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Loan sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of MBA in Marketing or Finance, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
