MHADA Pune Offers Unsold Flats on First-Come, First-Served Basis; Online Registration Now Open

Pune, April 10, 2025 – The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board has opened applications for unsold flats under its 15% Social Housing Scheme and 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme. These flats, which remained unallocated after previous lotteries, are now available to eligible buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online registration began on April 10, 2025, with the next stage of the application process scheduled to begin on April 15. Interested applicants can register directly on the official MHADA portals:

This scheme is open to general category applicants who have not previously been allotted a home by MHADA. By bypassing the traditional lottery system, the initiative offers a faster and more direct path to homeownership for eligible citizens.

Applicants must complete the online registration process with accurate details and required documents. MHADA will continue to update the available listings as developers upload inventory, and applicants are encouraged to check the portal regularly.

Rahul Sakore, Chief Officer of MHADA Pune Board, and Chairman Shivaji Adhalrao Patil emphasized the transparency of the process and urged citizens to take advantage of this opportunity to secure a home.
